Does your sensitive skin react to products?
Here are some helpful tips and suggestions on how to choose skin care products for your sensitive skin.
- Only wash your face twice a day (morning & Evening).
- Avoid using hot water.
- Be gentle when exfoliating.
- Do NOT overuse products, its counterproductive.
- Avoid cleansing brushes, they they may cause irritation.
- Practice managing stress and reduce whenever possible.

While sensitive skin is commonly listed under "skin types" it's really more of a condition because your skin can still be oily, normal or dry. Keep this in mind when choosing your products because they are based on skin types.
Vegan skin care products are going to be better for you, simply because they do not use those ingredients that are causing your skin to become inflamed. You can create a skin care regimen and start your skin care journey without being in fear that your skin will react, you just have to give some new products a try until you find what works best for you and your skin.
I'm sure you already know, but I have to say it anyway. Always do a patch test on a small area of skin, just to be on the safe side should your skin react. If possible try sample size products first before investing in full size products.
